Who is a Jesus Girl
I often get asked why I started calling myself a Jesus Girl. It all began during a time when God was opening doors for me to minister in places I never imagined—on platforms like TBN, Daystar, and The Word Network. As I was being thrust onto the scene, people would ask, “Who are you? What’s your title? Are you a prophetess? An apostle?”
But in the middle of one interview, something profound happened. I could feel the pressure to define myself by a title, but instead, I found myself saying, “I’m a Jesus Girl.”
It wasn’t planned, but as soon as the words left my mouth, they resonated deeply within me. You see, whatever favor, whatever open doors, whatever good in my life—it all comes from my personal love relationship with Jesus.
And here’s what I want every Jesus Girl to know: You don’t have to get caught up in titles or positions. The beauty of being God’s girl is knowing that your worth and identity come from Him alone. It’s not about the labels others try to place on you; it’s about your relationship with the One who loves you unconditionally.
So, when you see me, know this: above all else, I’m a Jesus Girl. And you are too—rooted in Him, walking in His favor, and embracing the incredible identity that comes from being God’s girl.
